Hi Barry --

It isn't an integrator since the piezo device is a capacitor.  The
combination of the capacitive input and capacitive feedback make it flat
with frequency (above the cutoff of the resistor and C1).  Below this
cutoff, it's actually a derivative function.

Looking at a couple of articles about piezoelectricity, it appears it is a
change in electric polarization with change in applied stress.  On the
surface, I think this would imply it is an acceleration device.  Is there
more to the story?
