Dear Members:
I am pecking away at a Lehman seismometer.  Presently I am winding #38
wire on a a spool that is about 4 inches in diameter, and 3/4 inch
thick.  I think I can fill the spool, but that's a lot of turns.  Can
anyone suggest an optimum number of turns or suggest some guidelines?
