Dear Mr Nordgren,

Is there any possibilty to get the same explanations below, for a horizontal
Lehman seismometer. First problem is how the boom comes to its original
position without any spring or damping only with its steel wire, and what is
the spring constant (k) of the system. Also what is the equation of motion
of the system.
