I found your (and others) discussion of drum recorders interesting and 
informative.

You mentioned software called HELIEM, which I gather will convert digital 
information to analog and print it out as an analog record, ALA what looks 
like came off a drum recorder.  Is this or similar software readily 
available, and could it be used with SDR or Winquake data?  At times, I have 
been interested in looking at a day's record from my sensors.  This can be 
done with Winquake, but the day's record is pretty smushed together so the 
detail is hard to see, unless a really big event has occurred.
