Fun part?  The fun part is when you are duct-taping all the doors and
windows in your house trying to get rid of that last draft of air.  :-)

When you make your cover put some plastic-covered peep holes in it so you
can see whether the boom is still centered without lifting the lid.  Soft
foam around the bottom is great for sealing out drafts too.
