I monitor e-bay for seismographs.  Approximately 90% of devices alleged
to be "seismographs" (including this one) turn out to be meteorological
recording instruments.  Another 8% are chart recorders. It seems that
the general public thinks anything with a chart recorder is a
seismograph.
