Hi, Just added a "Spectrum" option to the programs that can be
found at:

(Click "Download PSN related Software" at the bottom of the page)

It plots a heiloplot of time segments against frequency. It may be useful
for some type of instrument checks. An example of this type of output is also
found on that web page. Also there is a plot of this type in the (Seismic and 
Magnetic latest) link.  It shows the Pc 1-2 events rather well.

The instructions have been updated and a few options added in the "drum"
program.
