visit http://www.national.com/pf/LM/LM1084.html and look at the table at the 
bottom of the page. the voltage is the number after the part number and 
hyphen.
Example:
LM1084IT-12 (12V)
LM1084IT-5.0 (5V)
LM1084IT-3.3 (3.3V)
