I have the software to do it.
just get the full version of adobe acrobat (vs the free version).
all you need to do is digitise the manual.
if you can get it into word 2000 format i can encode it into PDF (free of 
charge of course). I think any digital format will work but i have had the 
best luck with Word 2000 files.
