I also use a couple of select taps like 4-40 and 6-32. Aluminum is quite
nice to work with and requires minimal tools, as described above. I
bought a bench drill, drill bits .. all above for less than $100 as say
Harbor Tools. I get my aluminium from a surplus outlet store. I save all
the redo's and screw- ups . They sometimes are just right for a future
idea.
