It has been common knowledge that GPS was off by 100 yards until last I heard in 07/2000. I did hear that 'gummint was going to correct it because other services were around (Russian etal)....but they may have changed those setting...They can alter it "at will" ya know...There are many other ways to sync XMT besides GPS and just as accurate.
