It looks like the event shows up at COR (corvallis, oregon) at about 
1339:   http://aslwww.cr.usgs.gov/Seismic_Data/telemetry_data/COR_24hr.html

However, there is another arrival at about 1519 on COR which could be a 
phase arrival of this
event.  Perhaps the analyst got them mixed up?
