Hi Scott,

      Thanks for the excellent Info on the Concrete tests.

      I have attached a 1/4" to 3/8" rod with slightly eccentric end section 
to a variable low speed electric drill and used that to puddle / vibrate the 
cement and get a lot of the air out.
