Since there is power in my attic, I want to install my GPS receiver near the
roof vent at the end of the house and run the cable down to Larry's A/D. The
distance is about 100 feet and I think that is too far for RS232. I have read
where RS485 is useful for this issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
