Hello All,

I'm the one offering this item. This unit came from a local university 
surplus auction.  I am not sure of it's actual application, but since 
it's AC powered, it most likely not for field use.  After viewing their 
website I suspect it's for stress testing application??  I'm not in the 
business of seismology, just as a hobby for an old retired guy.
