Dear Psn BB readers
I'd appreciate any references to any obituary for Bruce Bolt.
I'd like to compose a small one to place in the newsletter for Aust
earthquake Engineers Soc.
Thanks all..

ohhhh wow :( what a sad loss to family, friends and associates,
my condolences to all
I met Bruce in the mid 1990's when he visited Otago university,
Dunedin, NZ
where I did my geology degree. Bruce did a couple of guest speaker
talks
.... one was on the response of the golden gate bridge to quakes
It was so good to meet the man that really brought seismology home to
me
during the late ' 70's and ' 80's through his publications.
thanks Bruce
