The Icelandic met Office web, at least the earthquake part of there web
appears to be down at the moment. I don't know what did happen, but it
went offline sometimes around from 2:03 - 3:00UTC. They hopefully will
fix this when the morning comes. Just check later if you can't connect
right now.
