English units are in SLUGS
which I believe is the weight
in pounds avdp. divided by
the acceleration of gravity.

This value in slugs should not change
anywhere in the known universe
as far as I can understand.

Maybe near the speed of light since
mass increases with relative velocity ???

or possibly near a black hole ???
