Due to delays in electronic circuitry
and propagation delays the best you can do
is probably milliseconds behind real time.

Nano Seconds or femto seconds or atto seconds
is kinda hard to believe unless you have
am Atomic Clock of your very own.

Lets Say you have such a thing how in
the world do you exactly synchronize
two clocks, one which has been moved
to a new location ???
