Hi

WinSdr extract time data from GPS and problay local time from the
computer. When both are set to UTC WinSDR shoud not crash. The time
source has to be set to GPS. I am getting GPS antenna soon, but I am on
UTC time, I can tell you if I see the same issue that you are having.
