My other option, that I know about is this type of vault.

The problem is the amount of spring melt I get and the winter melt I get
also. There are also summer rain. The state supplyes the water here, I
know a guy who works there and he told me that they go down to 70 - 80
cm down. I am going to have to have a drain, since the alterntive means
that the vault is going to flood in the next rain I get.
