Hi all

I got the p and s wave speed model for Iceland from IMO. I am going to
try changeing it so I can use it in WinQuake, but I need a little help
on it. Since I have never done this before. I got some instructions from
Larry, but clueless as I am sometimes, it has not helped me alot.
