Hi

Dale Hardy, I monitor two of your plots (trugh the gif image you provide
online) and I did see the earthquake. 
However, it doesn't seems to be registered on emsc-csem, the question is
how big was this earthquake and what was the distance. 
If it was smaller then mag 4.5 it might explain why the earthquake isn't
registered anywhere.
