Hi Randy,

This zip file http://www.seismicnet.com/software/EventReportFiles.zip has some new 
WinQuake data files to support this event report 
ftp://hazards.cr.usgs.gov/cnss/cnss_14.fing.

After unzipping the file copy the data files to your WinQuake directory and restart 
WinQuake.
