Ok, so that begs the question, how do we convert an event to a 16 bit wave 
file?  Actually, this is a question that has more implications, as some 
gentleman actually took USGS data and did convert it to a wave file, then 
sped it up and is using it as an art exhibit.  See:

So, if anyone knows how to convert events, or even WinSDR data to a "wave" 
file, it can be sped up and I think that one day's worth was approximately 4 
minutes of sound.
