Ted, I do not think a mine collapse would cause seismometer reading 
1700-1800 km away, or farther.  We'll see if other stations recorded the 
event, as people come home tonight from work etc.

I personally believe the EQ cause the collapse.  That is what is being 
reported on the national news services.
