Hi

Small earthquakes can be difficault to detect. But for me the general
rule is that the less background noise there is, the bigger the chance
of seeing small earthquake is. More background noise, less chance. I
have seen earthquakes down to 1.0 or smaller up to a distance of ~55 km.
After that, it is really a hard to see small earthquakes.
