You must find some way to reduce the pull
of gravity to meet the formula
P=2Pisqrt(Length(inches)/386.04))
That Is the ONLY thing I understand.
The 386.04 must be more like  3 inchespss
or maybe like the effects of gravity
on an incline like one degree from the vertical.
There are many ways to do this but none seem
to be cheap for a person living on 12K a year.
