    and therein lies the problem  :)   I have noticed over the last 15 yrs=

or so
that the locations are almost always out   but its interesting to note
thant even when the info gets to the USGS from NZ its rarely used to correct
their loc details  :(

I also often wonder if this is the reason many guys in our PSN cant get=
 their
  P and S  picks to match when using the initial data from the USGS/NEIC


Watching TV,  there seems to be quite a bit of damage in Gisborne from this
quake, the area being listed as a natural disaster zone.  11 people=20
hospitalised
with various minor injuries.
