When the Government Sells its old things
they are usually very obsolete.
And they should be Surveyed ( not sure what that means )
but surveyed should be written or stamped on all those devices.
This insures its not been stolen or whatever.
Shipping 6000 lbs would be the greatest expense I should imagine.
