I think this is about the smallest we have recorded to date (except for the 
1.9 @ 10Km from the vault)

On the "Instrument #1 high gain channel" image, at about 18:35 UCT  Aug 19, 
2009  is the LR surface wave from a Mag. 4.6 at 132 degrees (Indonesia).

It's not that big a trace, but the long period seismic background is fairly 
low so it is easy to see.  It must have been aimed straight at us.
