I'm working on that right now.  Do you know of any way to use WinQuake to 
do what you want.  So far I have only been able to do that with WinSDR and 
with that I can only get the two instruments' scale factors to within about 
17% of each other.  Otherwise, it is looking good.

More when I get some results.
