>Hi Jerry Payton, from Eagle Idaho, How are Ya?Ted

Yep, it's the long lost Arkansas Kid. I have relocated back to Texas,
leaving everything behind and bridges burned.

Recent seismic activity near-by in Cleburne, TX (about 15 miles away) has
stirred my interest again. The locals are trying to pint fingers at the
area gas well drilling and fracturing (correct word??) with water, but
nobody know for sure what the causes may be. As you may know, EQ activity
in central Texas is extremely rare.

The shocks have been almost undetectable, but I HAD to wonder IF I had
sensors set up could I have see them. That stirred my interests again.

So, I got back on the PSN List and looked over the first quarter's messages.
There, I saw your messages. I think that I read you were using BOTH Amaseis
and Larry Cochrane's software.

Since, I am totally bare here except for left over book coming out my ears,
I wanted to ask about Amaseis. Between your seismometers and your computer,
what are you using? I read about DataQ equipment, but they are 12 bits, at
best. I was just wondering what you were using?

I am located out in the country near Grandview, Texas. That is off US 35-W
south of Fort Worth and before Waco, TX. It would be a very quite local to
setup a system. BUT, I am a guest here and would have to get permission to
do any "real" construction etc. Also, a minor thing, is income (Social
Security only). That might influence any "wants" I may have!

Good to hear from and glad you are still active. If I remember right you
were moving or building a new home? Congratulations, if so.

Regards.
Jerry
