The simple answers is YES, there appears to be a program.  It may be  
downloaded from the following link:

		http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/explorer/index.html

Here is the link to a student work sheet for this program.  If it is  
short on something, I am sure one of the {SN members will be able to  
fill in the missing details:

II have not tried this so I can not speak on it, but according to the  
work sheet, it appears to be possible to do what you want.
