The files from this sensor are being created by my system. The sensor is part of the 
USGS Northern California network. This remote sensor, a 1 Hz vertical Geophone, still 
uses the old analog data link so I am able to use my telemetry decoder board 
(http://www.seismicnet.com/telebrd.html) and an old Radio Shack police scanner to 
receive the data from this seismometer.
