Ah, but what you do is to routinely connect yourself up to the EEG every night, 
in the same way that the seismic sensors are being recorded continually. Then 
when the quake hits, you can see from the change in the EEG record when you 
woke up.

Obviously, this needs a modicum of support in WinQuake and the PSN event file 
format.
