I'm sorry we don't have enough discussions on earthquakes. I'll start =
here.
I have a FBV seismometer built along the design of Dave Nelson and Brett
Nordgren. It is extremely sensitive. I live in California and notice =
that
most of the earthquakes I see are in the South Pacific. Is this the hot =
area
around the world or am I seeing them because I have the open ocean from =
my
location.

I often see here technical discussion about seismometers and geophones
here. But what I don't see are disscusions about earthquakes, and even
volcanoes.=20

Can someone explain to me why that is. I am recording earthquakes
because I have intrest in them.
