I checked with the usual suspects and we are all busy with work. Is there
anybody in the Bay Area that would be willing to be a speaker? I just sent
Scott a note last night telling him Jan, and Larry were also busy and could
not make it. If anybody can help out please contact Scott via email and let
him know. Thanks--

Hi, I have just started the semester teaching at two schools in the area so
I'm forwarding your note onto to two guys that may have the time to speak.
I'll let you know if they are interested once I hear from them. Steve

Professor Hammond,

I am looking for someone who might speak on the Public Seismic Network
of San Jose to West Valley Amateur Radio Association in San Jose.
(http://wvara.org/meetings.html) I think that a talk covering the technical
aspects of a seismic station and some of the challenges encountered in
managing and distributing the data gathered would be of interest to the
association. Would you recommend someone?
