I just had to chime in, I think that this is a very interesting 
subject of what can trigger quakes.

But maybe we are forgetting the elephant that is in the room. 
Suntides deflect the surface of the Earth by about 30cm daily at noon 
and midnight. I think this effect would swamp-out any of the other 
effects mentioned. And the moon-tides in our rocks are even larger.
