I have read about the subject of Criminology,
The study of all aspects of a criminal justice system.

There exists a slight possibility it is not the real
reason of his arrest.

Law enforcement has been known to arrest and confine
people for trumped up charges simply because
other more dangerous forces are mustered against
this fellow. The only way the law can keep him alive
till the heat blows over might be by arresting him
and confining him for stupid reasons that
aren't really true.

Not all of this,  may be as it appears and,  the forces
that be, will not share this concept with you.

I hope he is not going to be hung
for some natural force that can not
realistically be predicted.
