Hello PSN:

Keep your volume low like 50%
and use as is at your own risk.

I just converted the most recent large quake
into a WAVE file speeded up X600 times
so 45 minutes of data fit into
4.5 seconds of play time.

You can hear the surface waves this way.

I put in three seconds of leader and trailer time.

Below is the link you can
copy paste into your browser.

Its over a meg in size.

I have tried it in WMP and Audacity.

It is monophonic, may play on only one channel
depending upon what player you use.

[ greater than one meg in size ]

I'm sending it this way so hopefully it will do nothing just by clicking on it accidentally.

I'm creating a program to convert to wave as well as FFT waterfall.
They will be crude. But if you want to use them I will
make them available to PSN via my web site.
It will take a one channel PSN file and convert it
these two things.

Generally the amplitude is too small to hear
So you can use Audacity to increase the amplitude
or if you really want I will make the program to
normalize to -3Db of maximum 16 bit.

The file I present has been altered by Audacity to be louder
as well as insert the leader/follower 3 seconds of time.

Keep your volume low like 50%
and use as is at your own risk.

Cheers,
geoff
