Gary,

Dave and I have both seen something similar with our Windows 7.  It 
possibly relates to the data redirection done by Windows 7 User 
Account Control.  Actually, it's a pretty good file system, but can 
really be confusing to people who in the past have managed their own 
files and file locations.

Now, no data is to be stored in program-file directories--only programs.
