That is an interesting new idea but the number of quakes were way down.  
I don't go along with the hail idea.

Yes, there is evidence of at least ten of these "events" recorded by the 
press in the past.

If that is so, we need to find this kid and get him working for the 
government before he starts turning on his poor teachers!
