Larry,
That did it. Thank you. I uninstalled WinQuake. Rebooted. And then installed
WinQuake in C:\SRC\wq folder. Re booted again as WinSDR did not like the new
location for WinQuake. It works like a champ. very clever!

Gary,

I am using Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate, should behave the same as Pro, and the
Google 
Earth feature works just fine. I have my Windows 7 system setup so my user
account 
has Admin privileges, I disabled User Account Control (UAC) and I run
WinQuake in a 
directory other then "Program Files" (c:\src\wq\). Maybe uninstalling WQ and

installing it in a different directory will fix the problem.
