I won't have the option getting the geophone to the ground. Also the
local animal live and insect live would be a problem.

But in theory a house should move in the same way as a earthquake does.
It is also a fact that Denmark doesn't have a lot of earthquakes. In
fact, I think that they mostly have close to zero earthquakes on land
and less then 10 earthquakes in one year off the coast.
