The Director will file an application reques= ting an extension of the cessation order, including a presentation of evide= nce of the potential correlation between injection operations in the subjec= t disposal wells and seismic activity in the area. Such application is sche= duled to be presented at the next AOGC hearing beginning on March 29, 2011.= Both Chesapeake and Clarita will have the opportunity to present evidence = at the hearing.
