Pete-

I'm in Santa Barbara, California. I measure the period of the 
pendulum with an optical interrupter. The quake pushes the pendulum a 
little bit to make a momentary increase or decrease in the period.

The colored lines indicate atmospheric conditions. There's a legend 
above the graph. The graph layout is described here:
