In the last 8 months, I watched these micro-quakes move from a 
completely rural area into a suburban one. They haven't stopped the 
drilling or the putting of "wastes" back underground. Potentially, 
buildings will be damaged and lives lost before somebody says stop. I 
haven't studied the Texas, Colorado and Oklahoma quakes but I suspect 
they are related to this type of drilling as well
