BTW, I am using the 5V Option instead of the 10.
5V seems perfect for just about anything.

Hi  Geoffrey,

The input range is +10 to -10VDC. This corresponds to 0 to +32767 and 0 to -32768 A/D 
counts. So you can think of the output as 15 bits + one sign bit.
