Just a thought on the timing of this drill.  When the local river 2 miles
east of me floods I get definite tilt in that direction.  Could there be any
increase in risk caused by the record flooding on the Mississippi?  There
will be saturation of the ground and a huge mass of water rolling across the
area creating a dynamic load.
